1. General
By using or visiting our sales channels — fribo.no and the Fribo app — you accept these terms of use.
Fribo is the service name of the platform previously known as Hyttetjenester, Brøyte.no and Friio. The service is operated by Hyttetjenester AS.

If these terms are breached, Hyttetjenester AS reserves the right to exclude you from the sales channels and / or report the matter to the authorities.
2. Maximum number of services per customer
For certain services and goods there is a limit on how many each customer may buy. The limit is stated on the purchase page and is checked on every purchase. The purpose is to prevent unfair practice where availability is limited.
If we identify a breach of these limits, we reserve the right to cancel the purchases. This applies whether the breach occurs:
- by a single user
- by several users, for example through the use of several payment cards or several members of the same household
- or through the use of automated methods
3. Prohibition on disruptive external tools
The use of external tools or software to monitor, disrupt or manipulate our sales channels is not permitted. It is prohibited to use automated methods, software or scripts, or third-party tools to affect the functionality of the sales channels or to buy services or goods with limited availability.
By using our sales channels, you accept these restrictions.
4. Exclusion
You understand and accept that Hyttetjenester AS may exclude you from its sales channels in the event of misuse or breach of the terms, without prior notice.
5. Your relationship with your supplier
Fribo is the system that orders, tracks and documents the work. The service itself — snow clearing, firewood delivery, property checks and similar — is carried out by the local company you have an agreement with. The agreement covering the service, its price and its terms is between you and the supplier, not with us.
6. Changes to the terms
Hyttetjenester AS reserves the right to change these terms. Updated terms are published on the website and / or in the app.
